- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days from
the delivery date, you must contact our Customer Support Service to determine the best course
of action. You can also mail us on [email protected]
- Package return will only be considered if the unit is seal packed/laminated/unused. Used boxes or Cards will not be returned and no refund will be issued on same.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.
- Attach the copy of the invoice generated either with the return or show the payment proof if purchased offline from stores.
- You need to attach the copy of the bill/invoice and provide the following information:
Reason for Refund
Date of Purchase
Unit Serial Number
- Products received without a required document as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; AR Village is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
- Funds will be credited within 15 days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to the above criteria.
