Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at arvillage.com.

  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days from
    the delivery date, you must contact our Customer Support Service to determine the best course
    of action. You can also mail us on [email protected]
  2. Package return will only be considered if the unit is seal packed/laminated/unused. Used boxes or Cards will not be returned and no refund will be issued on same.
  3. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
    customer via ground shipment.
  4. Attach the copy of the invoice generated either with the return or show the payment proof if purchased offline from stores.
  5. You need to attach the copy of the bill/invoice and provide the following information:
    Name
    Address
    Phone
    Reason for Refund
    Date of Purchase
    Unit Serial Number
  6. Products received without a required document as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  7. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; AR Village is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
  8. Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
  9. Funds will be credited within 15 days of receipt of returned product pending
    qualification and subject to the above criteria.
